The IHM Church Social Justice Committee invites you to a “Refugee Resettlement Presentation” on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the lower level of the church. Ms. Kimberly Longshore, Refugee Resource and Youth Mentoring Program Coordinator with Catholic Charities Atlanta will conduct a Refugee 101 Session. This will include an overview of refugee situations and refugee populations across the globe, the refugee security screening and resettlement process, and the resettlement program at Catholic Charities Atlanta.

Kimberly will be on hand to answer any questions about national and local refugee resettlement as well as share volunteer opportunities and ways to get involved.
