Fr. Carlos was born in Venezuela, the son of Juan and Nancy, a grocery owner and a teachHe'sHe’s one of seven brothers and sisters. He graduated high school with a diploma in Humanities and college with a bachelor's in Education and a master's in School Administration. His first job was at father'ser’s grocery store while he was in high school; later, he began working in colleges, high schools, and language institutes. In 2007, he moved to the U.S. where he worked as high and middle school teacher.
After ten years of teaching and serving as a school administrator, he entered the seminary where he earnebachelor'sor's in Sacred Theologymaster'ser's in Philosophy and Religion, anmaster'ser's in Divinity. He was ordained in 2018. As a priest, he served as parochial vicar in IHM and as pastor in Clement'snt’s before returning to IHM as pastor. He also serves as the chaplain of the Archdiocesan Young Adult Ministry, helps occasionally at Vocation'son’s Office he'she’s also an advocate in marriage annulment cases.
Fr. Carlos enjoys walking, watching movies and traveling. His favorite food is Mediterranean.
